Allan R. Bosch, J.D., C.P.A., A.P.A., is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Wyoming, and is a Certified Public Accountant and an Accredited Pension Administrator.

His practice areas emphasize fringe benefits, qualified retirement plans, tax-exempt organizations, estate planning, and federal and state taxation. Prior to joining Gravis Law, Allan was a founding member of Capitol Law Group, PLLC. He also served as a senior tax manager for Touche Ross & Co. in Boise. Mr. Bosch works with an extensive network of professionals to develop tax-favorable transactional and operational structures for his clients.

Mr. Bosch graduated from the University of North Dakota, magna cum laude. He obtained his law degree from Creighton University School of Law.
Mr. Bosch is the author of a variety of tax-related articles in several professional publications. Mr. Bosch previously served as Chairman for the Idaho State Bar’s Taxation, Probate & Trust Section. He has also been selected to conduct continuing education presentations at Idaho’s Advanced Estate Planning Conference. Mr. Bosch’s professional memberships also include National Lawyers Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants, Boise Estate Planning Council (president, 1996-1997), National Institute of Pension Administrators-Idaho Chapter (president, 1998-1999), National Institute of Pension Administrators (program committee, 22nd and 23rd annual conference), and other professional organizations. He is a member of the Boise Metro Rotary Club (president, 1994-1995, 2009-2010), sits on the boards of directors for Boise Housing Corporation and Catholic Charities of Idaho, and is active in other civic and charitable organizations.
