Timothy Shaffer is originally from Austin, Minnesota and is an Associate Attorney at Gravis Law, PLLC in Kalispell. Timothy attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law in his home state of Minnesota.
Prior to law school, Timothy attended the University of Wisconsin at Superior. Timothy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies with a minor in criminal justice. While attending UWS, Timothy played collegiate golf and was selected to the 2016 All Sportsmanship Team.
Timothy has been tasked with handling a wide variety of legal matters including family law, estate planning, criminal law, and bankruptcy.
Before moving to Kalispell, Timothy clerked for the Honorable Judge Kevin Siefken in Mower County, where he was able to observe the decision-making process directly from the bench. Timothy also worked for the Department of Homeland Security where he was able to gain invaluable trial experience.
When Timothy is not at the office, he enjoys playing golf, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his nephew Jax when he is home. He can also be found cheering on his Minnesota Vikings most Sundays.
