Dulce Valencia was born in Kennewick, WA. She graduated from Pasco Senior High, then continued her studies at Columbia Basin College where she received an Associates in Business and a one-year certificate in Accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Washington State University and graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. In Dulce’s spare time she is being a make-up artist and truly loves being part of someone’s special day. Dulce is very family-oriented, so she spends much of her time with her family and friends on her days off.
