Born in York, PA, and raised in Marshalltown, IA, Andrew received his undergraduate degree in 2003 from St. Ambrose University (Davenport, IA). Andrew then attended law school at Drake University (Des Moines, IA), and received his juris doctorate in 2006. Since 2006, Andrew has practiced law in private law firm, in-house corporate counsel, and government prosecutor roles. Andrew is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Idaho, Minnesota, and Iowa. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing golf and basketball, brewing beer, and taking hikes in the foothills with his wife and their two rescue dogs.
